Completed a baccalaureate degree in medical technology, laboratory science or related fields.2. Completed an internship for Clinical Laboratory Science or Laboratory specialty.3. Current and valid CLS license issued by the State of California Department of Health.4. At least 5 years of training or experience or both in blood banking5.
