Experienced Cabinet Maker / Finish Carpenter

Caliber Custom Cabinetry is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented person who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys building beautiful, custom cabinetry.

We are a small, family-owned cabinet shop specializing in high-end, handcrafted cabinetry and custom woodworking. We take pride in creating beautiful pieces for our customers and providing phenomenal customer service from start to finish.

We’re looking for a self-motivated, experienced professional to join our team. This position involves working in our shop to fabricate and finish custom cabinetry, as well as installing cabinets in customers’ homes. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, pays attention to the details, and takes pride in seeing a project through from fabrication to installation.

What You’ll Do

• Fabricate and assemble high-end custom cabinetry.
• Work with table saws and other woodworking tools commonly used in a cabinetry shop.
• Finish cabinetry and prepare pieces for installation.
• Install custom cabinetry, including trim, mouldings, and finish details.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship throughout each project.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in cabinetmaking, finish carpentry, trim carpentry, or woodworking is required.
• Experience safely operating table saws and other woodworking equipment.
• Ability to install cabinetry and complete trim and moulding work.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• A self-starter who can work independently while also being a great team player.
• Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating something exceptional.
