This is a part-time on-site Florist role based in New York, NY. The Florist will craft exquisite floral arrangements, collaborate with clients to design custom bouquets, and participate in decorative set-ups for special events. Day-to-day responsibilities include flower care, stocking and organizing inventory, maintaining a tidy workspace, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and consulting on floral needs for various occasions.

• Proficiency in Floral Design, Flower Arrangements, and Decoration
• Strong Creativity Skills and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Experience in Customer Service, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Knowledge of flower care, seasonal availability, and floral trends
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a floral or retail setting is a plus
