We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Develops and maintains PM program for processing equipment by scheduling and managing all maintenance activitiesManages the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; adhering to operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.Ability to identify problems by observing mechanical devices in operationManages full-time, temporary and contract maintenance personnelDevelops and maintains contracts with vendorsAbility to purchase and negotiate cost effective tools, parts and maintenance/repair service from suppliersManages and avoids downtime by leading personnel in routine preventive maintenance techniques and monitoring adherenceMaintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receiptPrepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trendsMaintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needsMaintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsEducation:High School DiplomaPost-secondary education in Mechanical EngineeringExperience and Competencies:Previous MRF experience3-5 years of experience in an maintenance management roleExperience with Microsoft Excel is requiredStrong attention to detailPrompt, professional and dependable demeanorFCC Environmental Services, LLC operates in a multicultural, global environment and is a richly diverse organization operating seamlessly as one company.
